YelloWell Soldering Products Rosin Paste Flux – Electrical & Electronic Repairs – (2 oz)
Flux is made up of a base material and an activator which is the chemical that promotes better wetting of the solder by removing oxides from the metal. It also contains other solvents and additives to help with the soldering process as well as inhibiting corrosion.
Easy to use, just insert the hot tip into the resin, which melts and loosens undesirable impurities, helping their easy removal.
Non-Corrosive: Rosin is not conductive in dry conditions and has good insulation. Is not corrosive to metal substances such as circuit boards.
