High Quality Air Line Kit – Made with premium, unprocessed virgin nylon constructed tubingensures the longevity & resilience of the air brake coiled/hose assembly, air line hoses are designed to withstand harsh conditions including extreme temperatures and harmful air line kit suitable for the demanding conditions of the trucking industry.
Spring Joint – Effort-saving spring joint & durable construction ensure reliable steel spring for added tubing connections via 12″ pigtails at trailer end & 48″ pigtail at tractor end for efficient air pressure transmission.
Safety Compliance:The air brake coiled/hose assembly meets SAE J844 and DOT FMVSS 106 Both lines are rated to -65F (-55C), demonstrating its adherence to safety regulations & providing confidence in its performance.
Flexibility & Convenience: Excellent recoil memory, chemical and abrasion coil diameter prevents kinking and provides greater coiled tubing provides excellent recoil memory while minimizing sagging or 15ft length of the coiled hose assembly provides sufficient reach to connect the air brake system while offering flexibility during movement & storage.
