Recommended use: Unless otherwise prescribed, we recommend: 1 measuring spoon (approx. 0.5 g) in the morning and 1 measuring spoon at noon with a large glass of water during the meal depending on your preference, with water, juice, kefir or in the salad (as a side dish).
