THE COFFEE: Virgin Hill Coffees whole bean Gamache blend coffee is a hearty medium roast featuring a blend of Ethiopia and Sumatras highest grade of arabica coffee. Similar to Inspector Gamache, this coffee is deep and rich in character! Available in 8oz/227 gr bags.
THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, our 100% Arabica coffee is a full bodied medium roast. This coffee is rated as a 5 out of 8 on our intensity scale. It is considered smooth with a lot of flavour and is for a good cause, with of every purchase getting donated to to the Yamaska Literacy Council to help kids learn to read. THE TASTE: The blend is rich in depth and flavor and has a touch of acidity. It is full bodied, yet delicately sharp. Great for those of you who enjoy coffee with character, just like the formidable Armand Gamache
PREPARATION: This 8oz / 227g bag of arabica coffee beans is best suited for paper filter, drip coffee machines, French press or a pourover.
