Seals the gap between the opening to the dishwasher tub and the outer edge of the door to prevent leaking. This gasket may wear throughout the life of your dishwasher and need to be replaced if leaking occurs.
After installing the door seal, shut the dishwasher door and leave the door closed for several hours to properly seat the new door seal. It is important to disconnect your appliance from the power and water supply before servicing.
