Alabaster is a natural stone. Every ring has its own veining pattern, colour tone, and degree of translucency — your piece will differ from the product photos. These variations are inherent to genuine stone and part of its organic character, not defects.

No. Alabaster is a natural stone — every ring has its own veining, colour tone, and translucency. Your piece will differ from the product photos. This is inherent to genuine alabaster, not a defect.
What is the difference between Dark Brown and Brown leather?
Dark Brown is a deep espresso tone; Brown is a warmer mid-tan. Both are artificial leather at 100 cm (39.4″) per strap. The comparison image above shows both options side by side.
Is the dimmable version compatible with any wall dimmer?
No. The dimmable version requires a TRIAC (Thyristor) dimmer switch. Standard rotary dimmers are not compatible. The non-dimmable version works with any common wall switch.
Can the leather strap length be adjusted?
Yes. Each strap is 100 cm (39.4″). Contact us before ordering if you need a longer drop.
What color temperatures are available?
3000K (Warm), 4000K (Neutral), and 6000K (Cool). Select at checkout — cannot be changed after purchase.
Does it use replaceable bulbs?
No. The light source is an integrated LED module — no bulb to buy or replace.
