MSPORTS Weight cuffs – The MSPORTS weight cuffs can be individually adjusted. The different weights can be manually adjusted, so low training weights are also possible – can be increased with growing success. Thanks to practical Velcro fasteners, these cuffs can be adjusted for foot, hand and individual body dimensions.
Use: versatile, e.g. for hiking, jogging, gymnastics, strength exercises and much more. The different weight variants allow individual training as well as a corresponding increase possibility. Even during rehabilitation exercises and in physiotherapy, the weight cuffs help to achieve the desired result faster.
Side – Due to the thoughtful shape, the cuffs can be easily attached to the ankle or above. The weight cuffs can be used excellently for gymnastics purposes and thus for body toning.
