1st stage: high capacity, multi-layer 5 micron sediment filter, to remove sediment, rust, sand (replace every 6-12 months)

2nd stage: high capacity carbon filter, carbon block, coconut shell activated carbon removes chlorine, taste & odor (replace every 12 months)

* We have modified the filter from granular to carbon block for higher performance.

4th stage: specialty filter, SC207 Refillable Color Changing DI filter, transparent plastic casing, Refillable Cartridge with Seals; when the DI resins are exhausted (color becomes very dark/black), simply unscrew the bottom to refill new DI resin. Comes with color changing highest grade De-ionized (DI) resin. High capacity resin, Each tube holds about 1 lb of resin inside.
