Baheda powder comes from the dried fruits of the Baheda plant. It has many marvellous uses and is one part of the terrific trio in the renowned Indian herbal blend Triphala. Its natural and nourishing properties can also have beautifying effects on the hair too.

– We recommend that adults should start with up to 1 teaspoon (approx. 3.5 g) powder mixed with lukewarm water or add some sparkle to your smoothies, soups, stews, juices, or other foods. Store this is in a cool & dry place, preferably in an airtight container.
