Calix 28″ Ceiling Fan Light — compact DC fan with integrated LED, 4 finishes

At 28 inches across (70 cm) and 25 cm / 10 inches tall, the Calix is a compact low-profile ceiling fan with integrated LED light — three ABS blades around a brushed nickel hub, with a round acrylic light shade below. The DC motor runs quietly across 6 speeds and uses 35W at full output, controlled by a handheld remote (included). The integrated LED offers three color temperature options (warm, neutral, or cool white) selected at order. Available in walnut wood grain, natural wood grain, white, or black blade finishes — built for small bedrooms, home offices, kids’ rooms, kitchens, and any 8–10 ft ceiling space where cooling and lighting need to fit in one fixture.

⚠️ Wireless Wall Switch required for wall control

This fan uses a proprietary receiver — standard home wall switches will not work with it. Use the included handheld remote, or purchase our Wireless Wall Switch separately if you want wall-mounted control.

⚠️ Installation: gaskets required when fitting blades

During installation, gaskets must be added to secure each blade to the motor. Skipping this step will damage the motor copper wire and void the warranty. Recommended for licensed electrician installation.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow big a room does this fan cool?

Best for rooms up to 150–200 sq ft (14–19 sq m) — small bedrooms, home offices, kids’ rooms, walk-in closets, and 4-seat dining areas. Larger rooms benefit from a wider 42–52″ fan.

Why do I need the Wireless Wall Switch?

This fan’s receiver requires a proprietary signal — a standard home wall switch will not communicate with it and will only cut power without controlling speed or light. The handheld remote works by default; the Wireless Wall Switch (sold separately) adds wall-mounted control.

How does the LED color temperature work?

The integrated LED is set at manufacture in your chosen color temperature: 3000K warm white (cozy, residential), 4000K neutral white (transitional), or 6000K cool white (task, contemporary). Specify at the time of order — the temperature cannot be changed after assembly.

How does it ship and install?

Ships parcel via standard ground delivery. Hardwired into a ceiling junction box and installed by a licensed electrician — note the installation requires gaskets between each blade and the motor (provided in the box) to prevent motor wire damage.
