Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat color temperatures are available?

Two standard options at checkout: Warm Light (non-dimmable, wall switch) and Triac Dimmable Warm Light (requires TRIAC dimmer switch). Cannot be changed after purchase.

Is a dimmable version available?

Yes. Select Triac Dimmable Warm Light at checkout. A TRIAC (Thyristor) dimmer switch is required — standard rotary dimmers are not compatible and may cause flickering.

Which model should I choose?

Models C, A, B, and M are flat disc forms at H 15 cm — ideal for standard ceiling heights. Model D is slightly deeper at H 30 cm. Model J features layered concentric rings at H 60 cm, suited to double-height spaces and statement installations.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?

Yes. The standard cable is 59″ (150 cm) adjustable. Extensions are available on request — contact us before ordering.

Does installation require an electrician?

Yes. Hardwired to your ceiling junction box. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
