High quality: Super durable thickened pink butcher paper (70 grams per square meter) stores meat juices, resists high temperatures, allows smoke and steam to escape and does not burn or crack while working. Our butcher paper can be used at any temperature up to 220°C – 230°C, but please do not use it directly on open fire!
Food-safe material: butcher paper 100% pure paper. No coating, no aluminum, no additives, no waxing. Meat is not cooked and steamed like aluminium foil or baking paper, so it is juicy, tasty and even.
