Depending on whether you need heat or need acute cold, you can heat the belt as a heat pad in the microwave or in the oven or cool as a cold pad and cold compress in the refrigerator.
The grape seed cushion is approx. 65 x 15 cm and it consists of 7 chambers. On the side, it has long straps for tying. Length per band approx. 55 cm. Practical as a heat belt for the back, but also as a long pillow for the abdominal area.
About grape seeds: Grape seeds are the fruit seeds of grapes. This medium filling is gently sifted and dried without the use of chemicals. With grape seed cushions, the smell is initially particularly fruity and musty. A light natural filling for heat cushions, not washable.
