The MJ Angel Food Bakery has created a bread baking pan that is vertical and cylindrical in shape. In other words, it is a baking can! Use it as you would a loaf pan. When food is cooked in it, the finished product creates a circular shape. When removed from the pan and sliced, its a circle!
You also have the ability to cook multiple loaves at one time. The vertical nature of the baking can allows for more loaves to fit in the oven, approximately 6 at one time, speeding up the baking process.
5 1/2 inches tall; 4 inches diameter – small loaf pan – Appx. 1 quart. The baking cans are made with stainless steel, making them safe and sanitary for food preparing and cooking purposes.
